We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
If the Product is not received and If you found the content is different as we Promised then we do provide Refund. With the condition that you have watched less that 7% of the course i.e. progress in this Course completion should below 7% process then we do Refund.
